My name is Alastair and I run a Digital Marketing Agency in the UK called Optix Solutions. I've done so for 22 years. I built that business almost exclusively through leveraging my personal brand which is why I'm so passionate about teaching others how to do the same.
You may or may not think you need a personal brand but I'd argue you at least need to know what others might find out about you when they research you online.
What benefits could building a strong personal brand bring you? Better job opportunities, more business, better connections. Porter Gale once said your Network is your Net Worth!
What is your passion? Its hard to create a personal brand without enjoying what you're creating content about.
If you don't know who you're trying to network with, attract or connect with then your content creation won't resonate with the right people and you'll end up wasting time.
Where are you going to build your online presence? Once you know your audience (previous video) you know where those people 'hang out' and you can start to builld your brand in the right places.
